ReplyDeleteTechnology is always changing and seems alittle intimitating...but very exciting as we learn!!
ReplyDeleteMany people are afraid of new technology because of their age. The older they are the less willing they are to try new things - especially new things they don't really understand.
ReplyDeleteYes, technology is scarey--especially to those of us who do not use thumbs only on cell phones. But, I am excited about what these guys think I am capable of!

ReplyDeleteI am definitely afraid of technology, but I am learning and getting better. It is important to me to improve my knowledge of technology. I will definitely challenge myself to do my best. Today was great, and I learned a lot.

ReplyDeleteI am definitely technology challenged and must have fat fingers--I am having punching the right keys on my ipod. But I actually got both my new computer and my ipod on my home network without my husband's help. I think I will get there. Thanks for the opportunity to try!

I am thankful for the Mathese workshops as they are helping me to overcome my fears of integrating technology into my classroom. Last years class was great, I didn't think you could top it, but was I wrong. This years class is going to be great! Thank you for all the incentives to help us continue in learning in this technological era!!
ReplyDeleteI think the fear of technology is so prevalent because the learning curve is high and just when you think you have things figured out the game changes to something new again. Thanks for the laptop and the i-pod. I am very excited to have someone guide me through this ever changing mysterious world known as the internet.
